For issues regarding your hosting service, please send an email to support@keyserv.net .  This includes issues regarding problems logging in to your email account, problems with uploading files and other technical issues.

Billing Support

Keyserv has moved to a new billing system!  This system is offered via PayPal, and allows users to pay with credit card or EFT.  Invoices will be sent out via email in the form of a payment request.  Users will be given the option to pay monthly or yearly.  For more information, please visit our “What’s New”   section of this Web site.  If you have any questions about this service, please contact our billing department at billing@keyserv.net

If you have read the information, please follow the following instructions to process your payments.

1. Click on the following link: secure order form 
2. Choose the account you currently use: Merchant Choice, Merchant Plus, Commerce Plus (notice the applicable monthly fee).
3. If you opt to pay yearly, and get the 13^th month free, scroll down to the second row of options (Annual Plans)
4. Click on the Subscribe Button under the corresponding plan.
5. Fill out the PayPal form.
6. The process is complete!
